P.E.A.C.E. Inc. - Parents Encouraging Accountability and Closure for Everyone

Our Mission:

Provide support and assistance to families and friends who have lost a loved one to homicide.

In 2003 P.E.A.C.E., Inc. a 501(c) (3) was created as an advocacy group for families of homicide victims. P.E.A.C.E. established the first Homicide Assistance Center in Western New York.

P.E.A.C.E., Inc recognized the need to raise awareness of unsolved homicides as there were no systems in place to assist survivors of homicide victims. P.E.A.C.E., Inc conducts a series of retreats, public meetings, rallies, bereavement workshops on dealing with grief, trauma and crime victim’s rights and support groups. Annually P.E.A.C.E., Inc holds a Christmas party for children of homicide victims, P.E.A.C.E. picnic, Crime Victims Rights Week, bereavement and grief training, National Day of Remembrance for Murder Victims on September 25, and a host of other activities.

P.E.A.C.E., Inc works with other organizations with similar missions within New York State and other states.
